In psychotherapy, poor mental health and immaturity are almost synonymous.
My work focuses on developing maturity – even at a late stage. Self-awareness is the ability to recognise and understand oneself, a prerequisite for personal evolution and conscious self-regulation. It is a key component of emotional intelligence, and EI is the sine qua non of great leadership and conscious relationships.

Human beings continually search for whatever nourishes. Biologically, nourishment is encoded in our genes as the body’s longing for perpetuation of itself through food and procreation. Psychologically, nourishment is encoded as our longing for perpetuation through connection, creativity, work, and the exchange of ideas.

Your mind may be tempted to rehash old pain or wallow in past mistakes. Discomfort arouses only to raise awareness of the need for correction. A trigger is great opportunity to heal.

Stress Response

  • Cortisol Regulation: Chronic stress depletes magnesium and B vitamins, which are necessary for a healthy stress response. Eating nutrient-dense foods helps replenish these.

  • Inflammation: Chronic inflammation, driven by poor diet, can exacerbate stress and impair mood. Anti-inflammatory foods like berries, leafy greens, and turmeric can help.

Together we will explore what is essential for you and empower you to make meaningful choices. This is not about perfection. It's about awareness, authenticity and accountability; about (inner) peace and your true and (feminine) self.
